the David C write up was exactly as it works. I went to the local shop, they had some extra fuel line so I got the clamps and line for a buck.
Pls be careful when cutting the cable, it takes a little effort and I made a nice gouge in my finger, don't let this happen to you. The satisfaction of making it work with help form board members and not having to buy expensive parts from the dealership makes driving them much more satisfying.
As well, when your buddy doesn't have to do all the work on cars other than his own, and he has a lot of cars, it feels good too.
