One year old 2004 745i:

> Windows roll down by themselves (Dealer says computer shows no fault codes)
> Dynamic Steering failure at least once per month (Dealer says computer shows no fault codes)
> Hesitation, jerking (flat spot) when accelerating from complete stop. (Dealer says computer show no fault codes)
> Voice commands quit working. (Dealer corrected)
> Air bag light stays on. (Dealer corrected)
> Air conditioner has failed 9 times. (Dealer can not nail down cause)
> Front passenger seat stopped working. (Dealer corrected)
> Terrible performance when cold. (Dealer says computer shows no fault codes)

Note that many of the problems were duplicated by the dealer but because there are no computer fault codes they are unsure how to correct the problems.

I have even taken photos of the dash with the error codes. The service advisor told me I was being petty by doing so.

Needless to say I regret ever stepping foot on the lot and buying the vehicle.
