Man, I know what u mean. When I bought my project car, I also bought a parts car and the buy who sold me the parts car had three sets of controls in a box int he trunk. So, I combined and played around with 5 full sets .... and finally got a set that worked - and it is still a little stickey sometimes. For example, sometimes it will have a "spell" where none of the buttons stay pressed. I have to sort of gently push two buttons at the same time - in various combinations of two - until it starts to stick again. No clue. Still playing with it! Sorry for no advice ... but HANG IN THERE!!!!
