Join the BMW Car Club of America. Most dealers and independent shops extend a 10%-25% discount on parts and service. It also includes a subscription to the excellent Roundel Magazine.

Though it won't help you now, once you've been a member for a full year, you're eligible for a $500-$1,500 rebate on any new or CPO BMW, you buy in the future.

The biggest online discount I've seen is from Hendrick BMW, which discounts parts 25% to CCA members over the phone.
