lack of marketing I think, it didn't last. It had an attendant which a person would go get the tools they needed and would also offer some opinions. I think the idea is a great one but the ones that do exist I think are missing something. The video's would be great idea as a rental, even on the shelves at the local video stores. Hell, if it was part of a parts store too, I think it would be very successful. Have an attendant keeping an eye on proper safety practices and have customers sign waivers. Proper marketing too, don't skimp on that. You just might fine European owners showing up and that will pave the way. The thought process; If it's good enough for them than it IS good enough for my american wheels. The young crowd will eat it up too cause they can buy the mods. from you and just install them there too. Give the customers more value than what they are paying for. Plus look at all the huge companies that started in the past 10yrs. What was it that enabled them to grow to the point they are today. Etc. Home Depot
