my hood stoppers(ejectors) barely on for them to POp the hood and also for the hood to match the fenders height. I think when I screwed them on I think I turn the stoppers by 1 1/2 turns in..that is all..If you screw them in all the way or half way the hood will NOT pop up....my 0.02
