When I release the hood with the hood latch it feels like nothing has happened. I lift up the hood by the grill and the hood release knob sticks out like it should. I replaced both buffer bumpers but the hood still does not "pop" up like the trunk or like my wife's 3 series. I read all the posts but nothing new beyond replace ejectors. Any ideas?
