try again, I am also still learning and try to learn more from the guys here.
On page 19 you have seen the list of all items which are somehow connected to fuse 5 and 7. That is just a list of items, describing which fuse is for waht, so no diagram actually, easy to understand.
Forget at the moment about the wiring diagrams, which are confusing for you and me ;-)
go to the end of the ETM, there you find component location pics, component location diagrams, that explains in detail and with pics where what part is located, the part description and where each wire goes.
That is better to understand for the guys like you and me. ;-)

Give it a try. Guys here like Hairywithit, Take, JB1 are very good in electrics/electronics, so I am trying to learn from these people as much as possible and they teach me a lot.
So you have all items on that list on page 19 which are somehow connected to these 2 fuses. Then do it the easy and simple way: disconnect one (the one where you think could be the one which makes probs), drive or let engine idle and / or use that part , see of fuse still blows, if not you got it already. Or disconnect groups to make it faster, lets say first 50% which is covered by this one fuse, then you have already 50% on this or that side. Then again 50% of the 50% and you narrow it down quickly.
