I cannot speak for getbmwparts as I have no experience. I would like to see feedback here about their quality and service. Let's hope for the best.

If you find a supplier that sends QUALITY parts stick with them. Many times the reason another supplier can send cheaper parts is because they are buying and selling junk or, even more insidious, quality control failed items as legitimate. Hamburg Technik of example. I've even seen, among others, a Behr fan clutch that had not passed and was obvious junk at an "incredible price".

Our demand for cheaper and cheaper products forces the legitimate businesses either into oblivion or to sell junk themselves.
The problem with the Western economy is our penny pinching, WalMart attitude that ultimately sends all manufacturing into foreign soil which in turn erodes our own ability to employ workers and hence afford to purchase quality products. It's a slippery slope.

If you get good service and quality parts stick with and support that business.

I have no affiliation but lets use Pelican as an example. Pelican has been around for some time and not only supplies excellent service and good parts but offers a wide range of online support and information outside of simply making money.
OK, I'm rambling now...

I don't know the same things that you don't know.
