If a job is worth doing it's worth doing right. Sure if you save hunderds and hundreds it's worth a shot. But for 2 * 30 euro. That's not even a tank of petrol. Why mess around?

I know I'd be very very pissed off at the previous owner if he did something like that to "my" car.
