Michael (Lurcher), Steve (aunechiropractic) & I met Roger and a new DFW7 member Connery at Roger's house in Tyler, TX last Saturday to install the rear sway bars for Michael's 740iL and Steve's 740i. While Michael went with the usual 13mm rear sway bar, Steve opted for the 10mm rear sway bar he got from Scuuba Steve.

It took Roger over 3 hours to install the first rear sway bar in his own car "Darth", a leisure 3 hours chat & work to do mine, 1.5 hours for Michaels and less than 1 one for Steve's. This sure reinforces the old adage "Practice Makes Perfect".

For his part, Roger installed total of 4 rear sway bars all by himself without any help with the installation. Roger and the Mrs. played hosts to us, fed us and pampered us. We concluded that when there is a DIY meet at Roger's house, it means that Roger has to do everything by himself ;-)

Below are some more Pics for those that plan on installing the rear sway bar. As for the improvement in handling, Michael and Steve can chime in with their impression. The big grin on their faces after the test drive tells the whole story.
