I bought that about 16 months ago from a dealer(not bmw dealership). Maryland Inspection was done and no issue whatsoever was found. Tune up, since I bought the car I have not done any tune up. I have about 52K miles on the clock. Another issue I noticed is that it has rough idle for about 1-2 minutes when I start the car then it will run smoothly. Thanks for your response.
