2006 530xi need advice

None BMW owner, needs advice and counsel on purchase of a 2006 530xi, 63k miles, loaded, clear records, 25K, is it worth it? Any history with these vehicles I need to be aware of? What type of top end miles will this acheive, I've read all the stories, but what is realistic?
