I have 12v+ at all 3 locations so like you said it must be bussed behind the plastic. I guess you cant really see it but the fuse link has been replaced with a 1" tall fuse instead of the thin metal fuse that should be there. This is fine except the cover won't close cause the new fuse is too big. I'll check the manual like you said but the pictures aren't the best. My camera sucks at zoom shots. sorry
