I checked a few months ago and you can still order them from BMW; they are shipped from Germany. Part number 51451952258 - this is the highline dash with air bag (in steering wheel). I never actually ordered one as it seemed a bit pricey.

I've always had a hard time finding an intact L7 dash. So, I've always had to repair them.
