If you remove the oil dipstick - does idle change ? If you remove the Oil filler cap - does the idle change ? If the answer to either of these is NO ( i.e. the idle is still crap ) - then change them. Cheap.

If the answer is Yes, then look elsewhere - like the ICV - idle control valve - not in your list above.

It is located under the air intakes, hiding - waiting - lurking - - what a pain to get at and will probably need a really good clean with Brake cleaner or Throttle body cleaner - I use Wurth's. Then place a REALLY small amount of wd40 inside the swing gate so the metal to metal has some lube.
