The BT ULF modules only have two connectors, as you noted: the 54-pin connector and the coax Fakra plug for the Blutooth antenna cable. Your BT setup sounds right.

If you have the DB25 to 54 pin conversion harness, that part is probably done. The slightly more challenging part is the conversion/adapter plugs in the arm rest. This is where the I-Bus loopback is made. However, it can all get a little more complicated with a European-spec car. I think that Euro cars can have different phone pre-wiring from the cars available in the US. That might be part of the challenge.
