BMWCCA service advisor

A while back, I needed a small paper gasket for the oil filter housing. BMW dealer wanted around $3.00, but they didn't have it in stock. So I drove across the town the BMWCCA service advisor shop. They had it, but wanted $5.20. I drove away fast. And I never came back there again.
