Hall Effect sensor

Hall effect sensor switches based on magnetic field. It is a solid state device thus no mechanical impacts, fatigue, and no need for debouncing. Often used to replace reed sensors.
Don't know what is being used in the E32 ABS or speed pulse sensors but it seems easier to develop a scheme that uses the pulse sensor which may already have debounce or solid state circuits inside.
