That sounds like they are maxxed out.

Do you see anything else wrong with anything displayed on the tester?

Make sure they are all sane. Move the throttle and see if the ones that are supposed to change, do.

You should see the raw o2 sensor voltage swinging back and forth across 0.5 volts after it is warmed up (80 deg. C for 10 minutes)

There are several fault codes about the o2 sensor. I think I know which ones you are seeing. The nomenclature is confusing. Do you have code numbers?

The adaptation will go away if you reset the DME by removing your battery ground cable for however long. It will start over again at zero and maybe you can see what is making it go screwy. Probably you can tell it is reset when the fault code is gone.
