Subject: Well that means ecu is grounding the fuel pump relay.

You're in good company. BIGANT is having the same problem, no spark.

So what are you getting as far as ac voltage at the ref sensors. I just checked mine and here are the results.

RPM sensor (black connector) 4 volts max ac voltage at crank.

TDC sensor (grey connector) .4 volts max ac voltage at crank.

My meter was set to ac volts, range was set to 00.00 volts, max setting selected. Backprobing with the sensors still connected I inserted the positive lead in yellow wire hole and the neg lead into the black wire hole. If you don't have a max/min setting on your meter (mine is a $40 mid range Radio Shack meter) then it may be difficult to get an accurate measurment since the voltage will range quickly peak to peak.

I'm assuming your ignition components are in good shape?

That's it for now. Do you know if there is an ETM for the 745 somewhere? Something that shows how the knock-box communicates with the ecu?
