i was thinking if i change my cdc to an alpine 6 dvd changer and connect it with ai-net and with the ai-net to m-bus adaptor and with a soundgate alpine interface to bmw adaptor (so the dvd changer is controlled by the ibus) and then connect the outputs of the dvd changers audio directly into the alpine amp's rca inputs, will the bmw control the dvd changer's volume? i think it should because the 6 dvd changer has a remote control which controls volume, so it should have an internal amplifier to amplify the output signal, correct? but, can/does the ibus from the steering wheel and the OBC control the volume of the dvd changer via ibus wire? (from former cdc power/ibus/ground plug; this 3 pin plug would now connect into the soundgate adaptor; it has the connection for this exact plug)

DVD changer: DHA-S690
Ai-NET to M-bus: KCA-130B
Soundgate Alpine/BMW Module: ABMW35V5
