Q. Thank you for your post.I own a E30 1987 325i and my leather interior is showing it's age. I have been considering replacing the seats or just the leather. After reading your post I wonder if I can replace my interior with leatherette? I always associated leatherette with cheap vinyl and had no interest in Bimmmer's that had leatherette. The pics you posted look fantastic. I put a lot of time into caring for the leather( Zaino,Lexol, Leatherique, etc ) but it still shows too much wear and tear. Guess 5 grandchildren and a large dog contributed to that in recent years. Leatherette seems the way to go for me as the grandkids and dog will be staying in the car. Do you know of someplace where I could source leatherett for my e30? Good used seats would be best for me,as resources are very limited where I live so it might pose a problem here to have the leather skins replaced. Please let me know of any web sites that I could visit to see what I can do about my seats. Thank you
