Jim, I see you have posted a few times regarding the LCM. After 3 days of research I believe min is bad and after removing it from the car, I can see there is a "blown" transistor or resistor some kind of ...sistor (See Pic). I am not getting any messages on my Check Control on the dash and no codes to the computer per a local auto parts store scanner. Problem is I have only my Xeon low beam light on the front left, and nothing on the right rear of the car. If I had a compatible LCM with a different HW and SW number, and installed it, what would happed if I started the car with it? Woudl I damage the car or would I be able to reconnect the orignal and be OK. I guess I want to spend $100 to see if that is the issue before I spend $550 to replace it.
