I still have idle problem, now it is even worse - the car stalls once in a while. Here is what I did:

Vanos seals
Cleaned ICV
Cleaned DISA and put a new oring
Changed the fuel filter
Changed CVV (oil separator) with new hoses, cold climate version
Cleaned the MAF sensor (sprayed with cleaner)
Changed the intake boot (did not need it, but did it with CVV)
Seafoam cleanup (vacuum line and gas tank (will do throttle body next)

It looks like nothing affects the idle - it dips to 500rpm, feels like it will stall. So where is the issue? I don't have CEL, I don't have stored codes (checked with autoenginuity). Rajaie, any ideas what should I check next?
