Subject: HELP -03 325i covered by CPO warranty wouldn't start.

Towed to dealership on Tuesday and they replaced fuel pump. Drove it home Tuesday evening and everything was great. Went to start it this morning (2 days later) and it wouldn't start. Had to have it towed back to the dealership. They are now telling me it was bad gas and it ruinied the new fuel pump and is NOT covered by the warranty because they can't control what fuel I put in it. I last got gas on June 7th and it took 10 days to ruin the first fuel pump - is it possible it ruined the new one in one day? Does this sound plausible? Should they have tested the gas originally? It supposedly was 20% ethanol and 20% water. Unfortunatly I fueled up on my way back from the beach and was in the middle of nowhere without many options. Am I screwed?
