Single coax digital audio cable

My hubby was trying to install the cd changer that we bought on Ebay and he has everything installed but he could not find the single coax digital audio cable. He has the other wires connected but no sound due to that cable. Does anyone have any pics of where it is and what it looks like? My cd changed did not come with one, how would one get one if it's not already in the car?
