I have a guide on how to instal a car PC using Carx software, which fits our 16:9 screen and uses the rotary knob as a mouse. Video input is via rear view camera inut with switching using resler relay. Drop me an email to richardatstokdotcodotuk and I will send it to you.

I have this set up in my 2001 740i for CD payback and trafiic camera warnings. Car PC is in boot.
