My Email Letter

Dear Ms. Vlaovich,

I recently purchased a 1997 BMW 740iL serial number WBAG............
With 141,310 miles on it, it is an amazing car. The leather is in very good shape for a car it's age and the smooth power of the 4.4L DOHC V8 is exhilarating. After some fresh synthetic oil and a little exterior detailing the car looks almost new. Now to the downside, the car failed Maryland State Inspection because of missing pixels in the odometer in the display panel of the instrument cluster. I understand that BMWNA may be able to help with this problem. please let me know what can be done to get my car to pass Maryland State Inspection. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Tom Frasher

BMWNA Reply

Dear Mr. Frasher,

Thank you for your email. I think you provided almost all the information I need to assign a representative to assist you. But in addition, please respond with the name of your BMW dealer, and if you can read same, the miles on your odometer.

Regards,

Leonora Vlaovich
