The shop didn't replace the large interior foam pad/liner, which took me a few years to figure out. They did replace it when I realized it was missing.

Now I realized that they also didn't replace the foam surround for the door handle.

Don't know if I want to hassle with it (I have a life time guarantee) because every time they've touched the door, it's taken a few trips to get it all right again.

But it is good to know this.
