Explanation: In Europe there are one 5 watt bulb inside the head light lense working as parking light. Flash light is one single filament 21 watt bulb.

In US it is a dual filament bulb: 5 watt for parking light and 21 watt for flasher. Thus 2 contacts and common ground ("chassis").

To give the functionallity you want you just cut the wire in the plug for the side lamps:

Right side: Green/Black wire
Left side: grey/green wire.

BUT:

As the AE are LEDS (right?) using very little current you'll get a fault if you just cut it. So you should in each side solder a 27 Ohm / 10 watt resistor between the wires you cut ("car side") and the brown wire.
