i has been about 5 years since used 7inch map navagation at another car.

i feel afraid of drive back my e32 when parking.

luckily for my navigation is can AV input, so i think about back view cam to AV input. install complete some weeks ago.

procedure.

1. this is pre-installed 7" navigation.(brand name 'I-NAVI' I-NAVI is very famous brand in South Korea)

2. positioning cam in the trunk lid. i choice between trunk open button to plate light lamp.

3. detailed.

4. wiring.

4. wiring. of cam's power source : find back drive signal light +, -. and connect use Scotch-lock.

5. wiring. of cam's AV source : for take in under the rear seat, through round hole in back side of armrest.

6. wiring.

7. then, center vent cover open, and pull up the wire from under the center console. (i use uncoiled steel wire coat hanger). total 3 sets of wire..
a) already wired navigation main power(see yellow circle),
b) cam Video line (blue circle),
c) after market keyless's status led(red circle)

8. fixing the navigatoin use 3M both side tape.
and back view display when 'R' position. layered display line and figuire are cam's factory embeded value. so it is not actual distance. just reference.

blinking led in the red circle, when alarm running staus(key off and door locked.

i not afraid of drive back any more. this install is very useful and cost is inexpensive.
- cam price is about usd35.00 in south korea. (in my guess made in china)

* very sorry for my poor english
