Subject: You might look into a CD / DVD laser lens cleaner

I've got a similar prob on a MK4 (ebay bought upgrade from MK2). It worked fine for about 3 mos., then stopped reading the DVD with "Please wait...". Tried the MK2 map CD; it won't read either, but I never tried it in the MK4 before the fault so I don't know if that is a new symptom. Can't reload the OS because it wont read that disk either. I've seen other posts where folks are solving some like issues using a DVD laser lens cleaner. I brought a can of compressed air home this weekend, but thought I'd try the lens cleaner idea before tearing into the case. There are lots available (at Amazon, etc.). Anyone have a recommendation on a good one?
