There are a couple variations on the blue nav and TV module plug, depending on the car and other options. Everything is the same, except the position of the R/G/B wires. And, in this variation, each signal wire has its own shield.

Pin 1 - Red/Gray - Unswitched +12V power for nav computer or TV module (to battery)
Pin 3 - White/Gray & Yellow bands - I-Bus communication signal (common bus line)
Pin 5 - Black - Green video signal (to screen)
Pin 6 - Black - Blue video signal (to screen)
Pin 7 - Black - Red video signal (to screen)
Pin 9 - Yellow/Red - Navigaton/TV audio out (to radio)
Pin 10 - Brown - Ground for nav computer or TV module (to chassis ground)
Pin 12 - Brown - "Monitor ground" (to chassis ground)
Pin 14 - Brown - Green video signal shield (to screen)
Pin 15 - Brown - Blue video signal shield (to screen)
Pin 16 - Brown - Red video signal shield (to screen)
Pin 18 - Yellow/Brown - Navigation/TV audio ground (to radio)
