Hello,

I would really appreciate somebody's advice/help with a recent problem of mine. I am the proud owner of a 2004 330i with the performance package, which I bought 6 months ago, and love dearly. It only has about 11,000 miles on it, and is not due for its first maintenance checkup for another 4000 miles. But last night, the service engine soon light came on! I have driven the car since twice with no problems but the light is still on. Also, I've had absolutely no problems since buying the car. One thing is that it has been exetremly cold here in the northeast the last couple of days but I do warm up the car before driving. Does anybody have any advice or experienced similar problems? I'd like to see if it's a simple thing to fix before I bring the car to a dealer. Many thanks to any help I can get! Regards, Adam
