The hardest part was getting the old glue and foam off. I probably did a better job than necessary. Getting the B-pillars off requires undoing the seat belt and I had to cut off the plastic seatbelt trim and re-glue it. I also took the opportunity to, remove, disassemble and lube the rear sunscreen. It works great now!
