We should get into contact with them and see what they can do as far as use of the parking lot for the initial meet, considering this is a very active BMW owner/enthusiast community we could see if we could use the lot gratis. I see there also not doing public plant tours... a possible workaround to have a "private" tour for meet attendees?

As far as timing late summer/fall sounds great, like JL said... standing out in the hot humid weather.. umm not my kinda thing..

BTW - how long were the SoCal and DFW Meets?

I can do some calling on this and see what they say if you guys want some help.
