to boost performance only at wide open throttle, & they don't do much at partial throttle. The Wolf chips have the reputation for boosting power not only across the full power band, but also across all throttle settings.

When doing a 0-60 run, it's pretty much pedal-to-the-metal WOT, where both the Dinan & Wolf chips show similar improvements. Your seat of the pants impressions that the wolf chip is better during daily driving are probably accurate. When just driving around town, you probably don't spend much time at WOT, & that is where the Wolf chip has the advantage. I don't know how you can accurately measure performance at partial throttle.
