ok I want to say thanks to everyone for all the help. special thanks to rv8flyboy for helping me find the problem. now, The problem is the starter. I took the water bottle out and on the firewall the was a distrabution box. I took the cover off and there was two wires one thick and one thin. I checked the thick wire for power with my test light and it was positive. I then checked the thin wire and it showed nothing. I had my brotherinlaw turn the key and I checked the thin wire again, now it showed positive. So I figured the starter was no good. I then took a long pole and while he turn the key I hit the starter. yeah it started!!! I ruled out the starter from the begining because I changed the starter 6 months ago, but I guess I had a faulty one. Once again thank you to everyone that had input.
