I just read the post on common issues for E65/66 owners, and saw some issues about transmission problems. I just had my 02 E66 in the shop, and complained about clunks from park to drive and reverse, as well as slipping and abrupt shifts. I was told to use the parking brake, and the infamous "could not replicate."

I noticed on John Carey's post the following common problems re transmissions:

Transmission Issues
1. Clunk when shifting to/from reverse to/from drive
2. Hard downshift from 2nd to 1st when slowing or stopping
3. Coasting at low speeds then accellerating - trans slips then jolts into drive - SI bulletin - "Coasting Jolt" issue
4. Erratic drive speed when coasting or decellerating slows then speeds up in a cycle

I've been suffering from items 1, 2 and 3. Are there some magic words I should use at the dealer to get this problem looked at? Is there a copy of the SI available on the "coasting jolt" issue?
