I picked up my 1944 CMP HUP yesterday. I plan to restore it sufficiently to get Collector Plates then I will do a few modifications to make it more comfortable. 12 volts, BMW seats (I have lots of them), possibly a driveline swap and radial tires.
We had a bit of an unseasonal snow dump over the weekend so it was rather nerve-racking getting it home. A 50 km drive at 30km/h... quite, uh 'delightful'.
