This is exactly everything you will need. I had this kit originally installed in my 1998 740il, and it moved it to my 2000 750iL. It would work perfectly in your car. You may also want to get the upgraded microphone too. It makes a world of difference.

You can buy some of the parts individually from BMW and eBay to fashion your own kit, but I would not go that route. It takes a lot of time, and you would need to make the wiring adapters for the rear and armrest. I absolutely love BT, and I would not have a car without it.

I use a Blackberry Pearl with mine, and I got the Pearl snap-in adapter. Check out how it looks in the center console.
