Subject: Fall is a beautiful season...

Last weekend I had a chance to was the 735iL after a few weeks of cold, rainy weather. After I cleaned the 7 in the backyard, I decided to take some pictures under my huge maples just to experiment and practice my photography skills. After getting a compliment from bcweir I'll post some pics. They are a little random, but my original goal was to get colorful pictures of my property with some of the E32 in the background. The ONLY thing I changed in the pictures was whiting out of my licence plate number. The lighting had a big impact on the results. The camera I used was a Canon Power Shot SD630 on a -2/3 exposure set on foliage (to bring out the green). A big help was the position of the sun, no flash and a tripod. Enjoy.

The next two look as if I altered the colors in photoshop. I did not alter anything except for the licence plate in one of them. The following almost didn't happen. What I did was back the BMW up and turned the car to go back to the driveway. I got out to move a branch on the side of the house and as I was walking back to the BMW, I knew that the lighting would make a great photo. My house sits on a hill, so I was was halfway down the hill with the BMW sitting at the foot of the larger hill giving the BMW a great stance.
