6 sp manual - starter on mine is on the right side. I don't know if it will receive the starter. Aren't there 6 speeds in your country from E39's?

Xenon was an option on late E32's and I bet will work fine on E34. Two vendors: Bosch and Hella. Hella are easy retrofit. Wonder if Hella sell them on the aftermarket.

Doesnt the nurnburgring brake setup use 4 pot calipers with floating rotors? This is in an m5 faq on the internets IIRC with pictures. (this was a popular datsun upgrade, to grab sumitomo calipers off a yota 4x4)

BMW used Becker Traffic Pro in some cars in the late 90's. The current Becker model, the Cascade, they don't vend map data but for Europe for it. Growl.

We got an analog phone in the E34 that's no longer useful. I thought about making a bluetooth kit with dash display integration, for folks with the factory analog telephone, but the E34 is a limited market. So I will just describe the US system:

Front speakers are replaced with dual voice coil speakers. A mike is added next to the fog light switch. The wiper switch pushes in, and the blinker switch contact goes to the center console instead of the OBC.

An interface sits in the center console with an ibus connection. When it is not being used it makes the blinker switch contact available to OBC. The interface causes messages from the phone to be displayed on the dash, mutes the radio when necessary, and has the voice recognition logic.

The one I got is the ubiquitous Motorola handheld from the early 90's. The transciever in the trunk is the normal period Motorola transciever and the handheld phone is connected as a handset. The transciever has a special feature: it learns the ESN/NAM of the handheld phone.

The low option was to have a standard carphone handset in place of the charger and handheld. With the factory wiring, you could install either.
