Same problem here... I have a Moto Q with Sprint and the phone will pair about 25% of the time. Sometimes after I dial the phone number the BT connection drops and continues on the Q. Other times the system gets confused and the phone call gets dropped and the system still thinks its in a call and there is no good way to get it out of that mode.

The other problem I have that I would like help with is the volue of the phone through the car speakers. I can adjust the volume once the phone is going through teh speakers but the absolute max volume is very hard to hear. I have 2003 E46 M3 with a production date of 09/02. I am not sure what the problem is with the Q and BMW equipment. Please help.

PS: I called sprint and they dont seem to have any updates for the Bluetooth software.
