Glass places will not likely be able to do this - it is the operating mechanism not the glass.

It is not overly difficult, but can be tricky getting the door open and all the components adjusted correctly.

I have not done it but some others have - you will find some sites that give some methods.

One thing that is important (whether you do it or the garage) is to make sure the internal weather/dust membrane is properly installed again. It "MUST" be thoroughly sealed around its entire perimeter (especially toward the bottom) to prevent water getting in and cold drafts through the door.
I seal all the small holes in it as well (cable and electrical wire points) with a heavy tape and silicone sealant.
