I like the Sony Bravia(overpriced)The new Vizio's look good and a good price. I have a 55in. Mitsubishi projection, that has an awesome pic. I will stay away from Plasma, I like the LCD, DLP's. brighter pictures. I always looked for the contrast ratio, higher, the brighter the pic. I am looking for a 42in to go over the fireplace as we speak. I did see a Samsung 50in at Sam's display, for $1199.00, but it was a Plasma.
