I spent a while on this, yes, but I felt it was worth the effort since I haven't found this info on the internet before when I was looking for how to do it. I know it's not something people frequently encounter the need to do, but enough other people have run into the need for it over the years that I thought it could be useful. Your thread about your lock cylinder troubles generated a bit of interest (and your locksmith was having difficulty) so I figured it was time to do the write-up.

Does Bruno still accept additional articles? Perhaps it would be easier to put it up on Lennart's site, since Shayne has been actively adding articles there for a little while and I think Lennart is always looking for more articles.
