It may be an intermittent fault. You get the alarm, but when you check, it works again. If that is the case, the mustard relay has to be resoldered, especially check the contacts of the 2 relais inside.
Instructions are plenty on the board. "Take" made some nice pics too some months ago and psoted that here.

But first of all remove the bulbs, clean the contacts, bend them to be more tight, check the connections carefully for oxidation, inspect the bulb holder carefully, sometimes they are burnt.
