The passenger seat is finished and installed back into the car. I took the opportunity to fix the seatback twist problem while I was at it.

In the photos below, you'll see that the driver's seat has yet to be done. I've yet to remove the old leather and install new leather, which is already done. The previous owner attempted to re-finish the leather but did a very poor job of it, using spray-on paint that cracked and peeled, not to mention that it was the wrong shade of gray. They also over-sanded the leather, making it shiny smooth and ruining the stitching.






This is what the replacement leather started out like -- BROWN -- re-dye to factory silbergrau is courtesy of Leatherique's re-dye kit. So far, I'm extremely pleased with the results. Click here for my previous thread about the re-dying process.
